The outer edges of the rings facing each other are chamfered 40 and provided with sealing rings 41 mounted in the bevels 40. On the opposite from the contact ring 20 to the side, the current-transmitting ring 27 is provided with an annular piston 42 located in an annular groove provided in the ring 21, spring-loaded with an elastic element 43, the groove being connected to the canal scrap 17. The ring 28 is provided with annular channels 44 and 45, connected to the channels 15 and 16 for transmitting the pressure medium supply and discharge. The electrically insulating elements of the proposed device are made of a light alloy with an oxide coating. The contact segments 24 have pockets 46 for collecting solid particles, such as a slice, collecting below the end surface of the segments. The welding device is mounted on the manipulator 47. Console. 8 is fixed on the levers 48 and 49 of the manipulator mounted rotatably around the axis 50. The clamp 1 rotates about the axis 51. 1. A WELDING DEVICE containing an electrode part and a rotating clamp providing a welding current supply, cooling and pressure transmitting media, made in the form of movable and fixed elements arranged coaxially to the axis of rotation, mounted with the possibility of pressing them against each other under the action of the drive, the fact that, in order to expand its technological capabilities, the fixed elements are made in the form of guide wheels rigidly interconnected with channels for supplying and removing pressure transmitting and cooling media, the extremes of which are equipped with fixed contact rings, at least one guide ring with a contact ring is made conductive, and the movable elements are made in the form of at least one ring with ring channels for supplying and discharging a cooling medium, mounted with the possibility of movement along the axis of rotation, and a pivot arm, at one end of which the electrode part is mounted, rings are located at the other end, and at least one ring is made non-conductive.
